Do Well In

Ask Someone Else

No Lawn Care

No mowing, no maintenance contracts, no coming back every two weeks. We build the hard parts of a yard and then we are finished. If you want somebody looking after the grass, that is a different company and a different relationship.

Not Our Trade

No Tree Work

No removal, no trimming, no stump grinding. We design around what is there and we route paths past roots rather than through them. If a tree genuinely has to come out, that is an arborist's call and their job, not ours.

Different Contractors

No Fencing Or Planting

We do not install fences, plant beds, lay sod, or fit irrigation. Hardscape can define where the usable part of a yard is. It cannot screen you from a neighbor. If privacy or planting is the real goal, we will say so rather than sell you a path instead.

Wrong Equipment

No Land Or Commercial

No clearing, no ponds, no arenas, no barn pads, and no commercial sites. Residential yards only. Out this way that comes up often enough to be worth stating, and the honest answer is that a dirt contractor is better set up for it than we are.
None of that is us being difficult. A company that claims to do everything is usually subcontracting most of it, and the person who quoted the job is rarely the person who shows up. We would rather be genuinely good at five things and tell you honestly when something is not one of them.

Plenty of our customers use us alongside another contractor for the green side, and that works well. We would rather do our part properly than be mediocre at all of it.

Yes, on the yard side of it. Paths, patios, drainage, driveway extensions, and edging around the house and outbuildings. What we do not do is land clearing, ponds, arenas, or barn pads. If your project is mostly dirt work, a dirt contractor with the right machines will do it better and cheaper than we would.

We measure rather than guess. Step stones in black star gravel price below pavers over the same footprint, and out here the length of the run and whether anything has to drive on it are what move the number. The site visit is free, the quote is in writing within 24 hours of it, and there is no starting-at pricing.

Under $5,000 it is 50% to schedule and 50% on completion after the final walkthrough. Over $5,000 it is 50% to schedule, 30% at the halfway mark, and 20% on completion. Same structure for every customer. The deposit reserves the crew, the date, and the materials.
