Interlocking pavers over compacted base. Builder patios in the newer communities are sized to the floorplan rather than to how you use the yard, so extending one is the job we get asked about most here.

Gravel & Step Stone Walkways In Fulshear

Concrete step stones set level with 3.5 inches of black star gravel between them, edged in bender board. On a newer lot it also handles the bit of settlement that comes with fresh fill.

French Drains & Yard Drainage

Inlets, pipe, and a grade that slopes toward the drain. We check what the builder already put in before quoting anything on top of it, because sometimes the answer is smaller than expected.

Driveway Extensions

Extra parking down the side of the drive. We tell you in writing which builds are rated to be driven on and which are not, before the deposit.

Retaining Walls & Borders

Base material has to be compacted onto ground that is not saturated. After heavy rain that sometimes means pushing a start by a few days. We would rather move a date than build on a base that will settle later, and we will always tell you why.

Approval Takes Weeks

Nearly every Fulshear community reviews permanent work in a yard, and those committees meet on their own schedule rather than yours. Start the application early. We put the scope, materials, and dimensions in the quote so you have what they ask for.

What To Expect

Quote To Crew

Most customers get installed within 1 to 4 weeks of approving the quote, and the build itself is usually 1 to 4 days. The deposit is what reserves the date and the materials, so an approved quote sitting unpaid is not holding a slot.
If you have a date that actually matters, a party, family visiting, a graduation, tell us at the visit rather than after. We will either commit to it or say we cannot, and both of those are more useful to you than a maybe.
